Rhodesia Accuses - The book the British Government of the time tried to ban - not least because it contained photos of the black victims of the terrorist groups that the British wanted to put into positions of power in Rhodesia. As the author put it, a British policy of "the unconscious furthering of the ends of evil in the name of all that is most holy.".
The joy of The Rhodesian War is that it is a more readable, updated, accurate and concise account than any other book on the war The authors served as reservists in Rhodesia and seemingly had no prejudices This book is highly recommended.

A vivid and moving account of growing up in a British colony (Rhodesia) collapsing into chaos. This book is a record of the insignia and history of the Rhodesian armed forces from inception to Rhodesia had a fascinating history that characterised the pioneer spirit of early Africa.
The continent of Africa was in a stage of being colonised by the various European countries. The collection is the only known complete set of the Rhodesian magazine, Illustrated Life Rhodesia. The auction provided an opportunity for collectors of Rhodesiana and memorabilia of Commonwealth and British colonial history to acquire the Founder Publisher’s personal set of 16 bound volumes of the magazine, from the first edition on 4 April.
This is a great question. Rhodesia was a missed opportunity in a lot of ways, and there’s plenty of blame to go around. The British government could have handled the situation better, but the Smith government also made some very serious mistakes. The first thing that struck me was the A4 magazine format of the book.
Its more of a text book to be fair at only sixty-four pages but its an ideal taster if you like and I think that’s a great concept. It saves you jumping into a subject that’s not too familiar and stops you spending a fortune on text.
(Books aren’t cheap these days). In the book Rhodesia Condemns, Rhodesian lawyer-cum-writer A.J.A Peck seeks to highlight the reasons behind the UDI and Britain’s response. His book is a cry to the international community not to condemn the Rhodesian government.
